Nurse Practitioner
Raquel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing personalized care for patients. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Miami. She began her career in critical care before leading nursing services at University of Miami's concierge medicine program.
Raquel enjoys helping patients manage chronic conditions and stay proactive about their health through education, prevention, and compassionate support.
Serena Fox
Medical Assistant
Serena brings more than eight years of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in medical assisting, patient access, customer service, and supervisory roles. Serena has worked with Baptist Health in both primary care and specialty clinics across Florida and Georgia, where she gained extensive hands-on experience supporting patients and providers. She has also helped launch several new clinics, further developing her skills in both clinical support and healthcare operations.
Alongside her healthcare career, Serena is pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling which she hopes to integrate into her clinical experience to provide patients with care that is both empathetic and holistic—meeting not only their medical needs but also offering warmth, respect, and understanding in every encounter. In her free time, Serena is passionate about advocacy work with sex-trafficked youth.
