The Philosophy: Medicine as an Intellectual Pursuit
Most practices are built on the pursuit of more - more tests, more pills, more procedures - more noise. Our practice is designed on the opposite premise: that better outcomes result from better thinking. We provide a sanctuary from the health and wellness industry, offering a space that is neutral and unbiased.
The Team: Focused on Clarity and Precision
My team is unshared with other doctors. They are specially trained to uphold the philosophy of filtering healthcare noise. Their job is to manage administrative complexities, ensure follow-through, and gather data from tests, specialists, and hospitals. They act as a safety net for error and create the clean backdrop where good decisions are made.
The Space: Clarity Through Minimalism
Our office on Meridian Avenue is a physical extension of our focus. It is intentionally minimalistic. A private, quiet, and uncluttered space. You will find no product displays, supplement shelves, or marketing materials. It is a setting designed specifically for calm deliberation and shared decision-making.
Raquel Grossman
Nurse Practitioner
Raquel’s role is to serve as my clinical partner and 'right hand' in managing the complexities of your care. She is essential to our process, ensuring that every detail is captured and every gap is closed, adding an extra layer of scrutiny to the health decisions we make.
She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Miami. She began her career in critical care before leading nursing services at University of Miami's concierge medicine program.
Raquel enjoys helping patients manage chronic conditions and stay proactive about their health through education, prevention, and compassionate support.
Serena Fox
Medical Assistant
Serena's role is to manage the essential logistics of the practice - from scheduling to blood draws - removing the administrative friction interfering with meaningful medical dialogue.
She brings over eight years experience in healthcare to our team, including a background in primary and specialty care at Baptist Health. Her experience in launching new clinics has given her a sharp eye for detail in maintaining a professional and well-ordered medical environment.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling that ensures our patients are met with genuine respect and understanding in every interaction. Outside the office, she is dedicated to volunteer work supporting youth at risk of sex trafficking.
