The practice
Medicine is most effective when it happens in an environment designed for clarity and focus. Our practice is intentionally small, allowing my dedicated team to offer a level of advocacy and coordination that is rare in modern healthcare. We have designed our Miami Beach office to be a private, spacious, and quiet workspace where we can step away from the noise of the traditional medical system. Here, the priority isn't just treating symptoms; it is providing the time and space necessary for the thoughtful, critical dialogue that leads to better health decisions.
Raquel Grossman
Nurse Practitioner
Raquel’s role as our Nurse Practitioner is to serve as my clinical partner and 'right hand' in managing the complexities of your care. She is essential to our process, ensuring that every detail is captured and every gap is closed, adding an extra layer of scrutiny to every health decision we make.
She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Miami. She began her career in critical care before leading nursing services at University of Miami's concierge medicine program.
Raquel enjoys helping patients manage chronic conditions and stay proactive about their health through education, prevention, and compassionate support.
Serena Fox
Medical Assistant
Serena's role is to manage the essential logistics of the practice - from precise scheduling to clinical support like blood draws -removing the administrative friction that often interferes with meaningful medical dialogue.
She brings over eight years experience in healthcare to our team, including a background in primary and specialty care at Baptist Health. Her experience in launching new clinics has given her a sharp eye for detail in maintaining a professional and well-ordered medical environment.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling that ensures our patients are met with genuine respect and understanding in every interaction. Outside the office, she is dedicated to volunteer work supporting youth at risk of sex trafficking.
